Competition days: Saturday 6:00 PM (In Ramadan 7:30 PM)

Number of Players: Up to 32

Number of sets per match: 3

  • Competitions are held twice a month on Saturday afternoon.
  • The tournament is one-elimination and only the winning team will go to the next stage
  • If there is an empty court during the matches, the eliminated teams can compete with each other until the end of the tournament
  • If you don’t have a teammate for the doubles tournament and you want to participate in it, please select the doubles option at the top of the calendar.
  • Your team mate will be selected by a draw from the remaining singles on the day of the match.
  • The winning player can participate in the next contest for free.
  • If you do not show up on the day of the race and arrive late, you will be automatically eliminated.
  • Please note that if the number of participants does not reach the quorum, you will automatically be on the list for the next competition.
  • One night before the tournament, additional information will be sent to you via WhatsApp.

Rules

  • This games are appropriate for both beginner and professional players (level free).
  • Players must be 15 years old at least. ( If you are under 15 and want to participate, be sure to note that this tournament is for adults and coordinate with your parents.)
  • If you have a coach, he/she is allowed to lead you in all matches (Notice: no extra cost is needed to participate as a coach).
  • 32 individual players will attend the games. If the number of players does not reach the legal minimum, individuals that signed up sooner are in priority for upcoming tournament, others must wait until their turn.
  • Each individual that is not present till 5 minutes before match start, will be considered as match loser and get removed from competition.
  • We will provide some soft drinks, mineral waters or beverages to distribute in timeouts between sets.
  • The match location and some other equipment like badminton net, shuttlecock (badminton ball) will be provided by us. (notice: you must bring your own badminton rackets for each match)
  • Each competition has 3 sets. Each set is played up to 21 points.
  • We don’t have any insurance included and we don’t accept any responsibility.
  • Players must be aware of the game rules. However the game referee will explain the rules to them before match start.

  • The winner player in 32 way badminton competition wins 1000 AED.
  • The winner player in 16 way badminton competition wins 500 AED
  • The winner player in 8 way badminton competition wins 250 AED
