Math Olympiad Rules
Identification Requirements
Every student participating in the exam must present a valid identification card, such as a passport or national ID.
Exam Monitoring
Before and during the exam, our system will check your surroundings using your laptop and mobile camera.
Prohibited Items
Calculators, headphones, mobile phones, and any radio devices are strictly prohibited. Using them will result in disqualification.
Exam Conduct
Participants must stay alone in a closed room; having someone else in the room counts as a violation. All questions are multiple-choice, and the Olympiad lasts one hour. Points are lost for unanswered questions.
Tie Rules
If two or more participants score the same points, we determine the first place based on who completed the test faster. If scores and times are identical, the prize is shared equally.
Prize Distribution
We deposit prizes for 1st to 3rd place into the winner’s account within 15 days after confirming results, and send a receipt via email. For grades 1–3, if students do not have a bank account, the prize is deposited into a parent’s account after identity verification.
Certificates and Recommendations
Hiba Math Olympiad sends a certificate and recommendation letter explaining the test and its difficulty level to all participants. Each certificate contains a unique barcode that can be verified on our website.
Result Announcement
Since Hiba Math Olympiad is international, results are announced on our website 72 hours after the test, and we also email the results to all participants.
