Competition day: on weekends (mornings or afternoons.)
Number of team members: 5 to 6 (5 main players and 1 reserve player
The time of each match: 2 halves and a total of 30 minutes
Half-time: 10 minutes
- Depending on the number of registered teams, the tournament will be held as 4 or 8 sides. One team at least will be chosen by Hiba (depending on the number of the individual players)
- Independent players will participate in the competition in the form of a team of 5 or 6 people
- We hold the matches on Saturdays and Sundays in an indoor hall every week.
- The qualifying round will be held on Saturday and each team will play one game.
- The winners of the preliminary round will compete on Sunday and the champion will be determined.
Rules
Futsal Match Rules Dubai
If you’re participating as a team, you could be six members (5 members + 1 substitute player).
- This games are for beginner and professional players.
- Players must be 15 years old at least.
- Your team member’s gender does not matter. Both women and men can join and play as a team.
- If you have a coach, he/she is allowed to lead you in all matches (Notice: no extra cost needed to participate as a coach).
- If your team has a union sport wear with different numbers printed on each you can wear them during the matches, but if you don’t we will provide you a cover uniform.
- A professional referee will judge the matches.
- If you’re team has a name you must announce it before beginning of the game. If your team does not have a name, your team name will be considered as English alphabets like A, B, C and D.
- The match has two sets. Each set takes 15 minutes (with 10 minutes off time between sets).
- If the teams comes up to a tie, they must play two 5 minutes long sets (with 2 minutes off time between sets)
- All team members must provide an appropriate indoor futsal shoe.
- Each team that is not present till 5 minutes before match start, will be considered as the match loser.
- We don’t have any insurance included and we don’t accept any responsibility.
Notice:
If tournaments have sponsor and the sponsor provide the sport wear uniform, it is mandatory for you to wear that uniform.
Rewards
Please note that the prize amount will be determined depending on the number of registered players in the tournament
- We hold futsal competitions with 4 teams (4 way competition) or with 8 teams (8 way competition).
- Each competition includes 4 teams or 8 teams. If the number of teams does not reach the legal minimum, the teams that signed up sooner are in priority for upcoming tournament, other teams must wait until their turn.
- The winner team in 4 way competition wins 600 AED + sports cup.
- The second team in 4 way team competition wins attendance certificate
- The winner team in 8 way competition wins 1000 AED + sports cup.
- The second team in 8 way competitions wins medals + attendance

Team registration is done online through our official tournament website. Fill out the team registration form, specifying your preferred competition size (4 or 8 teams), and submit the team sign-up fee of 600 AED.

What are the rewards for the winning teams?
The winning team of the 4-way competition will receive a reward of 600 AED, and the winning team of the 8-way competition will receive 1000 AED.
Is there a specific dress code for teams?
While there isn’t a strict dress code, we recommend that teams wear matching jerseys or uniforms for easy identification. Please ensure that each player wears appropriate footwear for futsal.
Can teams bring their own equipment, such as balls?
Teams are encouraged to bring their own futsal shoes, but the tournament organizers will provide the official futsal balls and other necessary equipment.
Is there a refund policy for team registration fees?
Unfortunately, team registration fees are non-refundable. In case of unavoidable circumstances, teams can contact our support team for assistance.
Can spectators attend the tournament?
Absolutely! Spectators are welcome to attend and support their favorite teams. There is no admission fee for spectators.
