1. General
By booking or participating in our Desert Safari Tour, you (“the Client”) agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions set forth by the tour operator (“the Company”). Please read them carefully before confirming your reservation.
2. Booking & Confirmation

All bookings must be made in advance through our website, phone, or authorized agents.

Confirmation will be sent by email or message once full or partial payment is received.

It is the client’s responsibility to review all booking details including date, time, number of guests, and pickup location.
3. Payment Policy

Full payment must be completed before the tour date to confirm your reservation.

Accepted payment methods: credit/debit cards, bank transfer, or cash (subject to availability).

All prices are quoted in AED (UAE Dirham) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour or no-shows are non-refundable.

The Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the tour due to weather, safety, or operational reasons.

Please be informed that refund it will take 10 to 15 days and there is minimum admin charge of seven percent.
5. Pickup & Drop-off

Pickup is available from hotels or designated meeting points within city limits.

Clients must be ready at least 10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time.

The Company is not responsible for delays caused by traffic or late arrivals.
6. Tour Schedule & Duration

The standard Desert Safari duration is approximately 5–6 hours, including transfers.

The itinerary may include dune bashing, camel rides, sandboarding, and a BBQ dinner (depending on the selected package).

The Company reserves the right to modify the schedule due to weather, sunset timing, or desert conditions.
7. Health & Safety
-
Dune bashing and other off-road activities involve moderate physical risk. Participants should be in good health.
-
Pregnant women, people with back/neck injuries, heart conditions, or serious medical issues are advised not to participate in dune bashing.
-
Children under 3 years old and elderly guests may join only at their own discretion and must remain seated during off-road driving.

Seatbelts must be worn at all times inside the vehicle.
-
The Company shall not be liable for any injuries or damages arising from negligence or failure to follow safety instructions.
8. Personal Belongings

Clients are responsible for their personal items. The Company is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings during the tour.

It is recommended to avoid bringing valuable items such as jewelry, passports, or large amounts of cash.
9. Liability & Insurance

All tours are conducted with safety as a top priority, but clients participate at their own risk.

The Company holds no responsibility for accidents, natural events, road closures, or actions beyond its control.

Travel insurance covering adventure activities is recommended.
10. Alcohol & Conduct

Consumption of alcohol is only permitted in designated camp areas and in accordance with UAE law.

The Company reserves the right to refuse participation to anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs or behaving in a disruptive or unsafe manner.
11. Weather & Force Majeure

Desert conditions can vary; tours may be rescheduled or modified due to sandstorms, heavy winds, or extreme heat.

In the event of cancellation due to force majeure, clients will be offered a new date or a full refund.
12. Photography & Media

The Company may take photographs or videos during the tour for promotional use.

If you prefer not to appear in photos or videos, please inform the guide before the tour begins.
13. Children Policy

Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.

Child seats can be arranged upon request and availability.

Some activities (like quad biking) are restricted to adults only.
14. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from participation in the Desert Safari Tour shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of UAE courts.
City Tour Terms & Condition

Jet car, Jet ski, Jet Board Terms & Condition

Any aggressive or disrespectful behavior towards staff or other participants will result in immediate termination of the activity.

Any disputes arising from participation in the Jet Ski Tour or Rental Service shall be settled under the jurisdiction of UAE courts.
Flyboard Terms & Condition

In case of strong winds, rough waves, or poor visibility, the session may be delayed, shortened, or rescheduled for safety reasons.

Aggressive, disrespectful, or unsafe conduct toward instructors or other participants will result in immediate cancellation of the session without refund.
11. Photos & Videos

The Company may take photos or videos during your Flyboard session for promotional purposes.

If you do not wish to appear in such media, please inform the instructor or staff before the session begins.
12. Health Declaration
By signing or booking, the participant confirms that they are physically fit and have disclosed all relevant medical conditions. Failure to do so releases the Company from any liability related to medical issues arising during the activity.
13. Damage & Penalties

Any intentional or negligent damage to equipment will be charged to the participant based on repair or replacement cost.

The participant will be held responsible for any fines resulting from violation of local maritime laws during the session.
14. Governing Law

Scuba Diving Terms & Condition

Parasailing Terms & Condition
1. General
By booking or participating in our Parasailing Experience, you (“the Client” or “Participant”) agree to comply with all Terms & Conditions set by the operator (“the Company”). These terms are designed to ensure safety, transparency, and an enjoyable experience for all guests.
2. Eligibility

The minimum age for parasailing is 12 years.

Participants under 18 years old must have a parent or legal guardian’s consent.

The maximum weight per flight is determined by current weather and wind conditions, generally between 50 kg and 180 kg per person.

Guests must be in good physical health and free from any medical conditions that could be aggravated by parasailing.

Pregnant women and individuals with heart, neck, or back problems cannot participate.

The pilot/instructor’s decision regarding safety and flight conditions is final and binding.

Failure to follow crew instructions may result in termination of the activity without a refund.

The Company may cancel or delay flights for safety reasons without prior notice.

Kayak Terms & Condition
1. General
By booking or participating in the Kayaking Rental (“the Activity”) organized by the Company, you (“the Participant” or “the Client”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These rules are designed to ensure your safety, comfort, and enjoyment throughout the experience.
2. Eligibility

Personal belongings taken on board are the participant’s responsibility.

It is strictly prohibited to stand up, jump off, or capsize intentionally.

In case of emergency, participants must immediately notify the instructor or lifeguard.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Please be informed that refund it will take 10 to 15 days and there is minimum admin charge of seven percent.
6. Proper Use of Equipment

The Renter must return all equipment in the same condition as received.

Always wear your leash and life vest while on the board.

8. Weather Conditions
